2017 fib Achievement Award for Young Engineers
Entries are now being accepted for the fib’s 2017 Achievement Award for Young Engineers (AAYE).
Since 2001, the AAYE has been awarded every two years at an fib symposium. The award includes a €2,000 prize and an invitation to the fib symposium in Maastricht, the Netherlands in June 2017, where the award will be presented during a special session. The award is given in two categories in
the field of structural concrete, the Research category and the Design & Construction category. Entries will be judged by an international jury chaired by Professor Aurelio Muttoni of the Ecole polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne in Switzerland.
All entry documents must be received by 1 November 2016, in electronic form only (except for the printed copy of the PhD thesis).
